Job summary

Greater Nevada Credit Union in Reno, NV is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the reliability, stability, and performance of core banking integrations and workflows. You will work with IT and business partners to manage system jobs, develop scripts, and monitor integrations.

This role focuses on patches, updates, and upgrades, with documentation and process improvements to sustain healthy system health. Experience in Python, Automic, SQL, and enterprise IT operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of relevant experience.
• Development experience (Python, C++, Java, Git): 1+ years preferred.
• Database experience (SQL, Oracle and/or Snowflake): 1+ years required.
• IT experience: 3+ years required.
• Financial institution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations and customizations using tooling such as Automic and Python.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement patches, updates, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues, document root causes, and propose process improvements for reliability.
• Support Batch Management and related integrations including SFTP, MPI, and core workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation for integrations, troubleshooting, and configurations.
• Apply expertise to analyze information, interpret requirements, and determine solutions.
