Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science/IT/Engineering with software concentration and relevant experience
• Associate's degree with substantial work experience (6+ years)
• High school diploma with extensive work experience (8+ years)

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2/3 support for core banking applications and document solutions
• Gather and document business requirements for IT projects
• Test, implement, and support core banking solutions
• Coordinate with Fiserv Signature teams for solutions and projects
• Create and maintain architecture, design, and data-flow diagrams
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
