Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Core Systems Administrator in Hauppauge, NY to manage the core banking platform and integrated systems. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of critical business applications supporting member services and reporting.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with responsibilities spanning configuration, monitoring, data extracts, and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in reporting systems, databases, and system administration.
• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Data Analytics, Validation, Extracts, Customization, Data warehouse, and third-party applications.
• Server administration, security, third-party integrations, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Core Banking and related applications.
• Configure system parameters, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for operational and management reporting.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to ensure reliability.
• Manage the Data Warehouse server and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors for connectivity and data security.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Assist with data extraction and BI initiatives.
