Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Preference for a Master's or MBA.

• Experience leading core banking modernization projects with strategic planning.
• Systems thinking to identify underlying challenges.
• Ability to convey impactful messages.
• Analytical reasoning for technology integration.
• Ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
