Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

• Interest in learning Automic and core banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily core banking batch processing and EOD/BOD cycles.
• Assist with Automic job scheduling and incident escalation.
• Support Windows and Linux servers and basic system admin tasks.
• Document procedures and contribute to batch flow improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours coverage.
