Job summary

Snap-on Tools is seeking an Assembly Associate to perform hands-on assembly of cordless, pneumatic, and other power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, use hand and power tools, and inspect components for quality to ensure finished products meet standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and able to work well independently and with a team. Various shifts and mandatory overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with cordless/pneumatic tools is a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cordless, pneumatic, and other power tools according to specs.
• Use hand and power tools safely during assembly.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report issues.
• Meet daily production targets and collaborate with team.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
