Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cordless, pneumatic, and various power tools according to specs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment safely during assembly.
• Perform fitting, fastening, wiring, and testing of components.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and defects.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool maintenance.
• Report production issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily production targets with accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
