Job summary

Snap-on is seeking Assemblers to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with 2–3 Saturdays per month and possible daily overtime. The role offers a hourly wage of $19.65 and opportunities for overtime, with benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, and retirement plans.

The successful candidate will assemble mechanical subassemblies, calibrate and finalize components, and operate laser equipment while maintaining a safe workplace and following instructions carefully.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; one year manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to read instructions.
  • Fluent in English; ability to follow directions and collaborate with team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble product lines using manual and mechanical methods.
  • Calibrate, build, and finalize assemblies as required.
  • Set up lasers and operate equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Monday - Friday 5 AM - 1:30 PM (2 - 3 Saturdays a month & possible two (2) hours of daily overtime daily) - Salary $19.65

Uses light powered electrical or mechanical tools, including hand tools, in the construction of mechanical subassemblies or entire units from fabricated components. Performs simple and routine repetitive manual operations such as fitting, aligning, and adjusting parts and mechanical units to meet specifications and requirements.

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED or minimum one-year equivalent manufacturing experience. Soldering and assembly experience strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Must be literate. Fluent in English; read, write and speak preferred. Must be able to follow instruction and provide feedback.
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.
  • Motivated with the ability to both works independently and with the team
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to train colleagues, new hires and temporary staff.
  • Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
