Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare tools, sockets, bits and other components with wrapping for production needs.
• Move products through production flow: wrapping coating application teardown shipping.
• Receive components back from coating for teardown and reassembly as required.
• Inspect assemblies and coated products to ensure consistency, durability, and quality standards.
• Accurately clock into jobs for production tracking for wrapping and teardown activities.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes within the department.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on assembly experience, and the ability to read and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or tool‑related work preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and small components.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures, instructions, and basic technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail, quality‑focused, and able to spot inconsistencies or defects.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for clocking into jobs for production tracking.
