Job summary

Snap-on Tools is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with 2–3 Saturdays per month and possible daily overtime.

The position offers a starting salary of $19.65 per hour and opportunities for growth within a quality-focused environment. Responsibilities include assembling product lines using manual and mechanical methods, calibrating, laser setup, and maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or 1 year manufacturing experience required.
• Fluent in English; read, write and speak preferred.
• Soldering and assembly experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product lines using manual and mechanical means.
• Calibrate, build, and final assembly of components.
• Capable of laser set up and operations.
