Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Senior Contract Specialist to lead DOE/NNSA acquisitions and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities. You will manage cradle-to-grave processes, participate in pre-award through post-award actions, and ensure compliance with applicable policies.

The role requires senior-level contracting experience, with emphasis on cost-type closeouts and complex acquisition support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of contracting experience.
Experience performing senior contracting functions, cradle-to-grave acquisition support.
Experience with general and cost-type contract closeout procedures.
Experience with pre-award, solicitation, post-award, contract administration, and modification activities.
Minimum of 1 year of program management experience.
Ability to comply with DOE/NNSA security and facility-access requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership and oversight for all contractor and subcontractor activities under the task order.
Interface with the Government CO and COR for performance and contract matters.
Monitor productivity, quality, staffing continuity, and contract performance.
Support acquisition planning, market research, source-selection documentation, and cost/price analysis.
Prepare status reports, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, and agency policies.
