Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Senior Contract Specialist to provide senior-level federal acquisition support for DOE/NNSA. This role oversees contractor and subcontractor activity, manages cradle-to-grave contracts, and interfaces with CO/COR on performance and compliance.

You will support pre-award through closeout, conduct market research, price analysis, negotiations, and ensure adherence to FAR/DEAR and agency guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of contracting experience.
• Experience with cradle-to-grave acquisition support.
• Experience with contract closeout and cost-type closeout procedures.
• Experience with pre-award, solicitation, post-award, contract administration, and modification activities.
• Minimum of 1 year of program management experience.
• Ability to comply with security, nondisclosure, and facility-access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and oversight for contractor/subcontractor activities under the task order.
• Interface with Government CO and COR on performance and day-to-day matters.
• Monitor productivity, staffing continuity, and contract performance.
• Support pre-solicitation through closeout activities.
• Assist with market research, source selection, cost/price analysis, and negotiations.
• Support general and cost-type contract closeout and audit reconciliation.
• Prepare program status reports and communicate risks and actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, and agency policies.
