Job summary
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery for data and analytics initiatives in San Diego, California. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with product owners and engineers to remove blockers and improve velocity.
Ideal candidates have hands-on Scrum experience, familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps, and SAFe certifications. You will support multiple teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting and help align IT with business goals.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM.
- Hands-on experience running Scrum teams and ceremonies.
- Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience removing blockers and managing dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
- SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM).
- Experience supporting multiple teams or programs.
