Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Program Manager / Technical Delivery Lead to drive software delivery across multiple engineering workstreams. You will partner with leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and technical initiatives.

This fully remote role supports a distributed team across PST to EST time zones, offering a competitive hourly pay range and opportunities to influence delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or a related field.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.

Insight Global is seeking a Agile Program Manager / Technical Delivery Lead to support software delivery initiatives across multiple engineering workstreams. This individual will work closely with leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to help drive execution, manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and technical initiatives. This individual will be responsible for user experience testing around multiple technical initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments creating processes and enjoys partnering directly with software development teams to drive delivery and operational effectiveness.

This is a fully remote position, supporting a distributed team operating across PST to EST time zones.

Pay range $55-65/hr

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or a related field
• Experience working within Agile software development environments

Background in one or more of the following:

• Agile Project Management
• Scrum Master responsibilities
• Technical Project Management
• Product Ownership
• Release Management

• Experience partnering directly with software engineering/development teams
• Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Hands on experience working in Asana
• Hands on experience in end user testing - Experience supporting multiple software/product releases simultaneously
• Technical understanding of software development processes and SDLC methodologies
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred
• Experience working in hybrid Agile environments
