Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to support SAP initiatives and oversee complex SAP-focused projects. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, balance Scrum leadership with traditional project management, and remove impediments across cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will drive project execution, coordinate deliverables, and provide executive updates while aligning with SAP resources and external partners to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or blended role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level technology projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Lead project execution across SAP-focused initiatives and coordinate deliverables among technical and business teams.

Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to support critical SAP initiatives and replace an existing team member transitioning to another role. This individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery while also providing project management oversight across complex SAP-focused initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can remove impediments, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project execution while balancing traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum leadership.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or blended Scrum Master/PM.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve project impediments independently.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive updates.
• Experience supporting SAP Finance, Accounts Payable, or related ERP workstreams.
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).
• Background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
