Job summary

Insight Global in San Diego seeks an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and coach multiple teams delivering data, analytics initiatives, and ITSM projects. You will partner with product owners and engineers to align priorities, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

The role requires hands-on Scrum Master experience, SAFe/CSM/PSM certification, and strong Azure DevOps skills to manage boards and deliver reliable metrics

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT Service Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Incident/Change Manager
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning events and Agile Release Train activities.
• Strong experience managing Azure DevOps boards and Agile delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of IT Service Management experience.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform.

Incident/Change Manager

3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.

Experience facilitating PI Planning events and Agile Release Train activities.

Strong experience managing Azure DevOps boards and Agile delivery metrics. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience

SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)

Experience supporting multiple teams or programs
