Job summary

Gibson Dunn in Dallas seeks a Copy Center Clerk / Backup Catering Assistant to handle high-volume document production and office support for over 100 professionals. The role includes printing, labeling, scanning, and light catering duties in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork are required, with flexibility for overtime and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities essential.
• Experience in customer service or office services preferred.

Responsibilities

• High-volume printing from network folders and emails.
• Use Adobe Acrobat for job scoping and page counts.
• Create labels, tabs, and folders in Microsoft Office.
• Scan, OCR, and save PDFs; manage file transfers.
• Provide backup catering support and conference room setup.
• Maintain logs, monitor supplies, and uphold confidentiality.
