Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Copy Center/Mailroom Associate to join our team at multiple off-site locations in the Greater Phoenix area. You will provide outstanding customer service and manage copy, mail, and document handling with strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates are organized, professional, comfortable explaining products and services, and able to lift up to 40 lbs. The role offers medical/dental/vision/Life, a matched 401k, paid training, and a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task across projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and explain services to clients.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Commit to high-quality copy and print production skills.
• Serve as liaison between POA and the client's administration.
• Explain products, services, turnaround times, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain records and confidentiality of client materials.
• Keep the facility organized and meet quality standards.
• Ensure information seen during copy remains confidential.
• Orient client personnel to POA's way of operation.
• Display high ethical standards, integrity, and loyalty.
• Scan, copy, and organize admission documents; save to shared drive.
• Sort and deliver mail/packages to appropriate departments.
• Clean/organize/stock lunchroom and restrooms as needed.
• Set up, tear down, and manage recycling bins in conference rooms.
