Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Reprographics Tech in San Diego to join our reprographics department. This full-time role offers immediate consideration with 1-2 years of experience preferred and training provided.

You will operate large and small format printers, manage job queues, and ensure quality output while maintaining supplies and equipment. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing most of the day, and a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of reprographics experience preferred.
• Copy and print experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for majority of the day.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Process large volumes of reprographics requests for black/white and color copies.
• Operate production printers and copiers, input job settings and manage queues.
• Check document quality before/during/after production jobs.
• Operate finishing equipment per job tickets (binding, laminating, etc.).
• Load copiers with paper and toner; troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Communicate with manager and clients on deadlines and issues.
• Stock paper and office supplies; deliver documents county-wide.
• Perform light building maintenance and care for company delivery vehicle.
• Familiarity with large format printers (Canon Oce/ColorWave) and Ricoh small format devices.

A Civil Engineering firm in San Diego and is looking for someone to join our Reprographics department as a Reprographics Tech. This is a full-time starting position that needs to be filled immediately. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but all applications will be reviewed and considered. Training for this position will be provided.

• Complete large numbers of reprographics requests for black/white and color photocopies
• Operate production printers and copiers, including inputting job-processing settings and managing job queues
• Check document quality before, during, and after each production job
• Operate finishing equipment (3-hole drills, bindery, laminating, folder, cutter, etc.) according to job ticket instruction
• Load copiers with paper and toner as needed
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems
• Communicate with the manager and client on job or deadline issues
• Stock large/small format paper and office supplies
• Delivering documents to various agencies county-wide
• Light building maintenance work
• Care for company delivery vehicle, making sure to keep up to date with maintenance schedule
• Equipment that we work with directly are Large Format printers with Canon such as: Oce PlotWave900, Oce ColorWave 3500, Oce ColorWave 3600, & Colortrac SmartLF SC 36.
• Small Format printers such as: RICOH Pro C5100s, RICOH Aficio MP, RICOH MP, RICOH Pro 907 EX
