Position

Production Print Repair Technician – Centennial, CO

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on high-speed digital copiers, full-color copiers and printers, facsimiles.
• Conduct diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications, software upgrades, removal and retrofits on a wide range of production machines (Canon, Oce, Ricoh, etc.).
• Provide high‑quality technical support and expertise by completing each service call according to service agreements and requirements.
• Effectively complete all territory assignments and develop options to resolve unexpected problems.
• Participate in training to remain up to date with new products and procedures.
• Provide specialist service to other field service technicians for unresolved technical problems or issues.
• Support sales team members to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing production‑level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing machines, and similar devices (highly preferred).
• Canon certifications beneficial.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer‑service communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and mechanical/electrical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a company car will be provided.
