Job summary

GM Financial's Process Excellence team seeks a Business Automation Analyst to drive AI adoption and lead Copilot training for thousands of license holders. You will partner with IT and the M365 team to deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and scalable automation solutions.

Experience with low-code tools and automation platforms, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills, will help you design governance-aligned workflows and accelerate productivity in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Automation lifecycle knowledge and documentation practices.
• Automation certification (Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism/UiPath) preferred.
• Knowledge of GM Financial or auto finance functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Copilot training and workshops across the enterprise.
• Design custom sessions from intake to delivery with follow-up resources.
• Drive adoption programs and scale AI governance practices.
• Assist business users in building simple agents with Copilot Studio.
