Job summary

You will define capabilities, drive adoption at scale, monitor KPIs, ensure governance, and balance business needs with risk and scalability,

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating a business enablement product for a technical product environment.
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents).
• Knowledge of AI-powered personal productivity workflows and governance.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and KPI tracking.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled capabilities while balancing risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and innovation through personas, competitive analysis, and opportunities.
• Support product planning including forecasting, requirements, and success metrics.
• Maintain enterprise-wide perspective to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform risk analysis and maintain governance aligned to controls.
• Track product KPIs and conduct post-launch audits for improvement.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment across regions.
• Maintain product documentation and governance artifacts with audit-ready accuracy.
• Provide RFP support and expert consulting across stakeholders.
• Operate cross-functionally with business, technology, risk, and compliance partners.
• Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory standards and AI control frameworks.
• Develop and deliver quarterly OKRs aligned to enterprise strategy.
