Job summary

Invesco in Atlanta, GA is expanding its Microsoft Copilot Studio platform and is hiring Technical Product Owners who will own AI agents from concept to production. You will define vision, manage lifecycle, and collaborate with Investments, Operations, Risk, and Technology to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 5–10 years of product ownership experience in asset management and familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI design.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of measurable experience in product ownership and industry.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management business, including investments, products, client servicing, or operations.
• Ability to engage credibly with business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Experience translating complex business workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform concepts, or similar AI/low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Copilot Studio agents, capabilities, or agent families aligned to Invesco domains.
• Define and communicate clear product vision, scope, and success metrics.
• Own the full lifecycle of agents from ideation and MVP through production deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Translate asset management workflows into user stories, agent behaviors, and functional requirements.
• Define agent instructions, guardrails, tone, and response constraints for financial services.
