Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 agents.
• Strong knowledge of cloud AI services and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft 365 Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and extensibility frameworks.
• Build conversational AI experiences, agent instructions, orchestration logic, and fallback flows.
• Configure knowledge sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.
• Implement prompt engineering and grounding strategies for accurate responses.
• Integrate agents with enterprise apps via Graph, REST APIs, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
• Develop actions, plugins, and workflows to enable cross-system business tasks.
• Connect agents with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Jira as needed.
• Design agentic AI solutions for IT, HR, and customer service; evaluate quality and value.
• Ensure governance, security, and data protection; support lifecycle management.
