Job summary

Apex Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy Copilot Agents for complex business problems. You will work with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and generative AI techniques to create context-aware, grounded agents integrated via REST APIs and custom connectors.

The role requires strong coding experience in .NET/JavaScript/Python, plus familiarity with YAML/DevOps-style authoring and security/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building Microsoft Copilot Agents.
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate/Power Apps/Dataverse).
• Understanding of LLM prompts, context management and retrieval-based answers.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph using custom connectors.

Responsibilities
