Job summary

SHI is hiring a Solutions Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 to drive AI-driven workplace experiences. This role will serve as a technical expert, guiding customers through deployments and designing solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, governance, and compliance, along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a range of benefits and is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft cloud technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong ethical standards in data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Guide customers through hands-on Copilot deployments.
• Design and implement security and compliance controls.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

Experience in designing or implementing declarative agents using Power Platform

Strong understanding of agent governance and lifecycle management

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
