REVOLUTION OFFICE, LLC is seeking an experienced senior field service technician in the San Diego area to support, install, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment. You will diagnose and repair copier and multifunction devices, configure new systems at client sites, and guide junior technicians while maintaining detailed service records.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, excellent customer communication, and adherence to safety standards.

• Proven experience servicing copier, printer, or multifunction office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electronics, and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain copier and multifunction equipment in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and set up new equipment at customer locations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform routine inspections to reduce downtime.
• Manage service calls, document work performed, and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair status, recommendations, and equipment performance.
• Order and manage parts inventory needed for service and repairs.
• Stay current on product updates, service procedures, and evolving technologies.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service assignments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if travel is required
• Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed

Preferred Experience

• Prior senior-level field service experience in office equipment or related technical support
• Familiarity with major copier and printer brands
• Experience mentoring or training less experienced technicians
• Understanding of networked print environments and device connectivity
