Job summary

Proven IT Colorado, dba PDS seeks a Copier Analyst to oversee, analyze, and optimize a client’s copier and MFD fleet. You will monitor usage, support end-users, ensure cost efficiency, and coordinate with Xerox service teams to maximize uptime and efficiency.

You will track fleet performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations while coordinating with IT and facilities on device moves and maintenance. This role requires travel across western Colorado and the mountain corridor.

Qualifications

• Labor: ability to lift small desktop copiers and move larger wheeled equipment around.
• Driving: large territory with drive time covering western Colorado and mountain corridor.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Xerox copiers, MFDs, and print management tools.
• Analytical Skills: analyze usage data, cost trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Customer Service Orientation: strong communication and problem-solving to support end users.
• IT/Network Understanding: basic knowledge of networking, drivers, and printer configurations.
• Organizational Skills: manage multiple devices and service tickets across sites.

Responsibilities

• Device and fleet deployment and management.
• Track deliveries, receive equipment, assemble, deliver and remove equipment.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory at Grand Junction location.
• Monitor fleet performance through Xerox reporting tools and dashboards.
• Track utilization and print/copy/scan volumes; identify under- or over-used devices.
• Coordinate device moves, additions, and changes to meet organizational needs.
• Data analysis and reporting: generate monthly/quarterly reports on fleet performance, uptime and cost savings.
• End-user support: be first point of contact for copier issues; train users on Xerox equipment and scanning workflows.
• Escalate complex issues to Xerox technical support or field engineers as needed.
• Supplies & maintenance coordination: monitor toner and supplies; schedule preventative maintenance and service calls; ensure SLA compliance.
• Process improvement: recommend workflow automation opportunities; support sustainability initiatives.
