Qualifications

• Ability to lift small desktop copiers and move larger wheeled equipment.
• Driving a large territory across western Colorado and mountain corridor.
• Familiarity with Xerox copiers, MFDs, and print management tools.
• Ability to analyze usage data, cost trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support end users.
• Basic knowledge of networking, drivers, and printer configurations.
• Capable of managing multiple devices and service tickets across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee device/fleet deployment and management, track deliveries and inventory.
• Monitor fleet performance using Xerox reporting tools and dashboards.
• Provide end-user support for copier issues and train users on workflows.
• Coordinate supplies, maintenance, and SLA compliance across sites.
• Suggest process improvements like secure printing and duplexing to save costs.
