Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Copier Field Technician, located in Santa Ana, CA. The Copier Field Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of office copier and printer equipment at client locations. Additional duties include performing preventative maintenance, managing service requests, and providing excellent customer support by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Familiarity with copier and printer repair, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and performing equipment diagnostics
• Basic IT knowledge: Understanding of network configurations, connectivity, and device integration
• Customer service skills: Ability to clearly communicate with clients, provide professional support, and resolve concerns effectively
• Organizational skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Physical capability to transport, install, and repair equipment as required
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit customer sites
• Previous experience in office equipment servicing or technical repair is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
