Job summary

Romark Logistics, LLC seeks a Machine Operator Level II for the 2nd shift in Dallas, TX. The role involves setup, operation, and monitoring of bagging equipment, driving efficiency, and maintaining accurate production records.

You will lead on the floor, train teammates, and coordinate line assignments while adhering to GMP, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred.
• Experience with statistical methods preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine inspections of machinery before and after each shift.
• Sets up, operates, and adjusts bagging equipment with minimal supervision.
• Runs multiple machines while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Breaks down and reassembles equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Programs machines, makes adjustments, and creates new programs as needed.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintains production and equipment records.
• Performs in-line quality checks and audits product for quality standards.
• Follows GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Provides real-time coaching and support to operators to improve performance.
• Assists with training new employees and ongoing development.
