Job description

Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform that includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.

We’ve got serious momentum in the market: more than 30,000 customers (including 100+ of the Fortune 500), a $5.8B valuation , more than $1 billion in annualized bookings, and backing from CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, General Catalyst, Felicis Ventures, Next47 and more. Physical AI is one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time, and Verkada is at the center of it.

You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform’s impact in the world. It's the retailer that uses our agentic AI to deter theft before it happens. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. The school that’s alerted to a threat in real-time and triggers a lockdown in seconds, not minutes. We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Verkademy Program Coordinator to serve as the administrative and operational core of the Verkademy team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support to sales development leadership and recruiting programs, ensuring that our talent engine and training initiatives operate with seamless precision. You will be the primary architecture for the logistical and operational workflows that sustain our hiring and program scaling efforts.

What You'll Do
  • Recruiting Operations: Manage comprehensive university program logistics, streamline recruiting workflows, scale the intern experience, and oversee end-to-end branding initiatives.
  • Sales Program Administration: Assist sales leadership with the onboarding and offboarding of program participants, tracking completion metrics, and maintaining meticulous participant records.
  • Leadership Support: Proactively manage program calendars, prioritize team tasks to align with leadership goals, and assist with formal program reporting and documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all recruiting and onboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of data integrity and professional delivery.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in program management, program administration, or early career/university recruiting within a high-growth environment.
  • Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating early career programs within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational abilities with a natural talent for structuring complex timelines and managing multiple administrative priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students, external vendors, and C-level leadership alike.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and logistical execution.
  • Project & Event Management: A proven track record of managing logistically complex projects and large-scale events from conception to completion.
  • The 'Grit' Factor: Resilience, high energy, and a hands‑on approach—equally comfortable packing swag boxes as you are presenting program strategy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and experience with recruiting platforms or CRM tools. Bonus: Experience with Handshake or other early career recruiting tools
