The Coordinator, Talent Relations & Events is responsible for supporting the Director of Talent Relations & Events and the Talent & Events team in the development, conceptualization, and execution of high touch in person events. The coordinator will be heavily involved in event logistics including, but not limited to managing RSVPs, liaising between the publicity team and keeping all event details organized for the larger Communications team and company as a whole. Events include publicity events, including Countdown to Christmas events, one off screenings and tentpole premieres, awards events and seasonal stunt activations as well as Brand Experiences like the Hallmark Christmas Cruise, Hallmark Christmas Experience, among others. The coordinator is also responsible for talent relations efforts. They will manage the department’s systems and documents which include but are not limited to talent contact sheets, talent gifting, talent requests from internal and external stakeholders, and more. The coordinator will also assist with standard administrative tasks for the department.
The hourly range for this job is between $21.01-$27.99 Hourly rate will take into consideration several factors including location.
