Job summary

RISE Services is a nonprofit human services organization in Utah seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality assurance, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and coordinate with state agencies.

The role includes budget tasks, activity planning, and on-call coverage, all within a person-centered, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy and commitment to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently or in a team.
• Background check and valid ID required.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Collaborate with team to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individual needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule activities and skill development goals; assist with social/community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
