Job summary

RISE Services is seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate activities with state agencies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or supervisory experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus a commitment to person-centered supports and teamwork. On-call duties apply, with applications processed through HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a person-centered philosophy and dedication to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health needs; related experience preferred.
• Must have valid I.D. and pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of the program.
• Work as a team strategizing, creating, and implementing plans addressing individuals' needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule and ensure completion of activities and skill development goals.
• Assist with social and community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
