Job summary

Dexian seeks a Coordinator - Sports CRM Operations to own real-time and scheduled push executions for major live sports moments such as NFL, UFC, and UEFA. You will ensure fans never miss a fight, game, or highlight, with emphasis on evenings and weekends when the action happens.

The role requires strong CRM experience, knowledge of push platforms (Braze/SFMC), and the ability to perform rapid QA during live events. This is a 6-month contract based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years CRM, lifecycle marketing, push notifications.
• Hands-on experience with a push/messaging platform (Braze, SFMC, or similar).
• Comfort working live, time-pressured sends during games/events, not just pre-scheduled campaigns.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We're looking for a coordinator to own real-time and scheduled push execution for our biggest live sports moments such as UFC and NFL, ensuring fans never miss a fight, game, or highlight. This role requires flexibility to work around live sports schedules, including evenings and weekends when the action happens. This team member will have the ability to send out push notifications during live sporting events in order to provide relevant information to our subscribers, if its a close game or an exciting event or fight they should have working knowledge of basic CRM best practices, and has had some experience in mobile notifications. Any experience with Salesforce MC or similar is also required. CRM experience is required.

Sports Push Notification Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a coordinator to own real-time and scheduled push execution for our biggest live sports moments: NFL, college football, UFC, UEFA, and PGA Tour, ensuring fans never miss a fight, game, or highlight. The role is year-round, with live coverage on weekends and a weekday focus on planning, QA, and broader CRM operations.

Schedule

Core schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, with weekend live coverage every week of the year. Occasional flex is needed for select Tuesday/Wednesday UEFA matchdays and holiday events.

What You’ll Do

Live sports execution (~60-65%)

• Execute push (and email/in-app as needed) for live and upcoming events: fight night alerts, game-day reminders, score/result pushes, and highlight and VOD availability
• Monitor live events in real time and send time-sensitive messages tied to key moments (kickoff, fight start, finals, upsets, overtime)
• QA all sends for accuracy (deep links, personalization, timing) before and during live windows
• Troubleshoot send issues in real time and elevate platform or content problems quickly
• Partner with Sports Digital on content availability, embargoes, and real-time editorial updates that inform timing and messaging

Planning and operations (~35-40%)

• Maintain the sports send calendar across all sports and seasons, coordinating beat dates and deconflicting against other CRM programs and audience fatigue limits
• Prepare briefs, copy, and templates ahead of each weekend window
• Support BAU CRM operations: send QA, scheduling, and campaign setup across channels
• Report weekly and post-event performance (opens, CTR, opt-outs), flagging anomalies and optimization opportunities
• Maintain send playbooks, timing templates, and escalation contacts for recurring events, and run an off-season retro and playbook refresh each summer
