Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis invites applications for a Scholarship Coordinator within the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF).

This role ensures accurate processing, efficient workflows, and exemplary customer service to families, schools, and stakeholders involved in MOScholars and other programs. The coordinator will manage scholarship records, support the end-to-end administration from application to payment, and serve as a key contact for partner schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Background in education preferred.
• Non-profit experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate scholarship records and data entry using Civicore and Odyssey.
• Support administration from application through payment cycle including eligibility, awarding, payments, and requalification.
• Serve as primary contact for families and partner schools via phone, email, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Scholarship Team on projects as needed.
• Align with mission of providing faith-based educational opportunities.

Job Summary

The Scholarship Coordinator is a key administrative role within the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF) and serves as an integral member of the Scholarship Team. This position supports the administration and daily operations of TTEF’s scholarship programs, including MOScholars, by ensuring accurate processing, efficient workflows, and exceptional customer service to families, schools, and other stakeholders.

The Scholarship Coordinator works collaboratively with the Scholarship Team to manage scholarship-related activities, maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance regarding scholarship processes and requirements. This role serves as an important point of contact for partner schools and families, helping to ensure a positive experience while supporting the successful delivery of TTEF’s mission to make quality education accessible through need-based scholarships.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete scholarship records through timely data entry and effective use of the scholarship database, Civicore and Odyssey, and other technology systems.
• Support all aspects of the scholarship administration process, from application through payment cycle. including processing applications, determining eligibility, awarding scholarships, coordinating payments, and assisting with annual student requalification.
• Serve as a point of contact for scholarship families and partner schools by providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, email correspondence, and face to face meetings.
• Work with all TTEF staff on scholarship projects as assigned by Executive Director based on team needs.
• Mission alignment with an affinity for providing children a pathway to a brighter future through faith-based educational opportunity.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Background in education preferred
• Non-profit experience desirable
