Responsibilities

We are actively seeking Coordinator Quality Control, for our Edgewood, NY location.

Daily communication with the Supervisor/Manager regarding shift activity. Including feedback/escalation between shifts, with peers and across departments on the occurrence and resolution of quality related issues. Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the QC Supervisor, appropriate personnel, and staffing agencies. Assess the training needs of the Quality Control team. Partner with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure that on the job training occurs in a timely manner and is documented as required. Follows up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process. Verifying that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately. Support the Broadridge team and continual improvement of quality, efficiency and productivity. Ensure that staff understand and comply with all company guidelines and ISO standards when carrying out quality control processes. Adapt to a constantly changing environment as determined by the customers’ needs and demands. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in experience

Requirements
  • Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Hourly rate: $25.00 to $33.00 hourly - Bonus Eligible
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
