Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Coordinating, Operations professional to drive efficiency across front and back-of-house. You will lead inventory-related processes with a dedicated support associate and coordinate daily goals with Selling Coordinators and Store Managers to support a luxury client experience.

The role requires 3+ years in retail operations or store leadership, coaching ability, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes with a dedicated support associate.

• Build operational projects such as trunk shows, collection launches, stockroom reorganizations, and RTV coordination.
• Coordinate product movements with partners and internal teams to support sales plans.
• Align operational activities with sales targets and client appointments.
• Participate in meetings to ensure understanding and support of team goals.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards reflecting the brand.

Coordinator, Operations - DIOR

This hands-on leader ensures operational efficiency through thoughtful workflow management, and a commitment across both front and back of house. With a collaborative mindset, the Support Supervisor partners with selling and operations teams to improve productivity, maintain inventory integrity, and support a luxury experience for both clients and brand partners.

What You Will Do

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, working in partnership with a dedicated support associate.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to lead efficiency and clarity.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy.
• Build multiple operational projects, including trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination following brand and our goals.
• Support sales and merchandising plans by coordinating important product movements—such as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.
• Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment need
• Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goals
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards that reflect the brand and Bergdorf Goodman's luxury environment.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
• Ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
• Associates must be willing to work based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
