Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes with a dedicated support associate.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the team and store managers to drive efficiency.
• Assist Director of Operations in preparing for the annual financial inventory, including audits and reconciliations.
• Develop and manage operational projects (trunk shows, collection launches, stockroom reorganizations, RTV coordination).
• Support sales and merchandising plans by coordinating product movements (transfers, damages, repairs, off-season rotations).
• Coordinate with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align ops with sales targets and client appointments.
• Participate in cross-team meetings to ensure understanding of goals and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards reflecting Bergdorf Goodman’s luxury environment.
