Exemplar Luxury Group, parent of Bergdorf Goodman, seeks an Assistant Manager, Operations to drive store excellence in a high‑touch luxury environment. You will lead daily operations, develop team talent, and ensure unwavering service standards that define our brand.

With 3+ years in retail operations or store leadership, you will coach staff, manage workflows, and coordinate with selling and support managers to deliver a seamless client experience. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
• Leadership experience - coaching and inspiring a team.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily operational goals with the team to ensure agreement and execution of priorities.
• Manage workflows to support daily store operations and special projects.
• Lead the financial inventory process within assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Develop support associates to enhance skills, performance, and career progression.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture that prioritizes service excellence across the team.
• Partner with Support and Selling Managers through regular meetings to strengthen collaboration and implement operational strategies.
• Ensure staffing and daily coverage across all areas to maintain high operational standards.
• Oversee either a high-volume brand or a mid-level sales volume floor, managing all related operational and team performance metrics.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership. Leadership experience - coaching and inspiring a team. Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds. Associates must be willing to work based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
