Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC; is seeking an entry-level Coordinator Office in Phoenix. The role supports payroll, onboarding, and clerical tasks across corporate and local operations. You’ll manage records, interface with vendors, and assist with purchase orders and inspections.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling mail, and maintaining accurate reports. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a utility infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Office experience including filing and data entry.
  • Blue stake experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages and greeting customers.
  • Assume clerical tasks to maintain and report items as required by local operations and corporate.
  • Act as point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized records at the operations office.
  • Assist with new hire and onboarding procedures and documentation.
  • Assist with purchase orders.
  • Interface with vendors.
  • Handle orders and inspections related tasks.
  • Handle JHA review and upload processes.
  • Handle incoming mail and stocking supplies.
  • Pull prints and work orders.
  • Cross-train on operations permit process.
  • Possibly assist Human Resources with onboarding processes.

At Pauely Construction as a Coordinator Office, you’ll assist with a variety of duties such as finalizing payroll for field purposes; assisting with As-Builts; doing quality checks on paperwork that will be submitted for paperwork and assisting with field operations as directed by the manager. Depending upon the department this position is structured within, this role may help with a wide variety as well as specific set of systems which may include, but not limited to: various engineering and tracking software, billing and reporting software and/or payroll reporting

What you’ll do

What you’ll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
  • Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.
  • 811 Ticket Experience
  • General office experienceincluding filing, data entry and the ability to

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with team and maintain positive attitude.

Pay Range: The Coordinator Office hourly wage range is $20.00 - $28.00, depending on experience.
