The Division of Student Affairs is responsible for providing various student support, services, and educational programs accessible to the university community. The Division supports Pirate success through environments that enhance student development, engagement, belonging, well-being, and career readiness. This position is primarily responsible for facilitating programs, services, and activities in support of the Division of Student Affairs' goals, objectives, and strategies. Reporting to the Associate Director of SAAP and in collaboration with departmental leadership, the Coordinator administers assessment and research projects on Student Affairs' operations, programs, and services; coordinates departmental quality enhancement efforts, provides hands‑on assistance with unit-level assessment, research, and program review activities; and develops training tools, and professional development initiatives.
