American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Integrity Coordinator at our Ottawa, KS distribution center. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, researching discrepancies, and supporting the Inventory Integrity team and management with reporting and improvements.
The candidate will use WMS systems (PKMS, RF devices) to track locations and status changes, participate in audits, and ensure timely corrective actions. Daily in-person presence at the DC is required.

An Inventory Integrity Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the AEO distribution center environment. This role is responsible for identifying, researching and verifying the accuracy of inventory adjustments, including the impact on Financial and Merchandising systems. The Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Inventory Integrity team and Inventory Management to collaborate on department responsibilities and reporting.
