Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to move product from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

The role supports the team and guests on the salesfloor as needed, upholding AE Brand Standards and safe, organized stock areas. The position offers flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to grow within the AE/Aerie family.

Responsibilities

• Shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to keep product moving from stockroom to salesfloor.
• Stockroom is your home base; ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Be innovative: inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action to correct issues.
• Teamwork: help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Integrity and safety: follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

Your Role

You're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
