American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Coordinator, Store Operations (Operational Workload) to drive operational excellence by coordinating workload planning, execution, and field communications across Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and other partners.
This role requires strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
POSITION TITLE: Coordinator- Store Operations (Operational Workload)
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager- Store Operations
STATUS: Full Time Non-Exempt

The Coordinator, Operational Workload plays a key role in driving operational excellence by coordinating workload planning, execution, and field communications that support consistent store execution. This role manages workload calendars, develops planning tools, and partners with cross-functional teams-including Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and other business partners—to ensure operational initiatives are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. This position requires exceptional organizational, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Through continuous process improvement and operational support, the Coordinator helps optimize field execution while enhancing the overall associate experience.
