JOB SUMMARY

As part of the US Integrated Communications team, this position is responsible for supporting the execution of public relations, influencer engagement, social content, and experiential initiatives for Clé de Peau Beauté & SHISEIDO. This role is responsible for managing critical day-to-day operations including influencer seeding programs, reporting, social content coordination, event support, and administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, fashion, luxury and culture.She/he possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism is essential

The role reports directly to the Manager of Integrated Communications PR & Influencer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Influencer Relations & Seeding

• You will coordinate and execute influencer gifting and product seeding programs, including product allocations, shipment logistics, inventory tracking, and delivery management.
• You will research, vet, and maintain databases of influencers, creators, tastemakers, and industry contacts for future partnership opportunities.
• You will support influencer reporting and campaign recaps through ongoing tracking of performance metrics, earned media value (EMV), impressions, engagement, and social impact.
• You will maintain influencer contact lists, product requests, and seeding calendars with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
• You will assist in developing and nurturing relationships with brand advocates through ongoing communication and product education.
• You will leverage Influencer Measurement Tools regularly to evaluate performance and work closely with the team to deliver data-driven results.

Public Relations & Communications

• You will support the development of press materials, including fact sheets, media alerts, Q&As, briefing documents, launch materials, and press kits.
• You will coordinate logistics for media outreach, product launches, and press opportunities.
• You will coordinate vendor relationships to create mailing materials for both product launches and ongoing brand campaigns as needed.
• You will monitor and track media coverage utilizing measurement and reporting platforms.
• You will compile weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports highlighting coverage, campaign performance, competitive activity, and key industry trends.
• You will stay informed on evolving beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends to support the team with timely insights and recommendations.

Social Media Support

• You will coordinate the distribution and organization of content received from Global for local market implementation.
• You will maintain content libraries, asset trackers, and reporting documents.
• You will support social and influencer content initiatives by monitoring trends, creator content, and platform best practices.

Events & Experiences

• You will support the planning and execution of media, influencer, consumer, and retail events.
• You will assist with guest list management, invitations, gifting, staffing coordination, onsite logistics, and event recaps.
• You will support with event production and acts as liaison with agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
• You will represent the brands professionally during events, maintaining the elevated standards expected of luxury experiences.

Administrative & Operational Management

• You will manage all departmental administrative responsibilities, including invoice processing, purchase orders, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and payment coordination.
• You will oversee the organization and maintenance of the PR Closet, product inventory, and department supplies.
• You will process product orders and maintain inventory records to support media, influencer, event, and marketing initiatives.
• You will maintain accurate trackers for budgets, estimates, monthly billing, seeding programs, and campaign activities.
• You will provide general administrative support to the Integrated Communications team as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• You have 1-3 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, communications, events, or related fields. Relevant internships will be considered.
• You have previous experience within beauty, luxury, fashion or lifestyle is strongly preferred.
• You have passion for beauty, luxury, fashion, culture, and the influencer landscape.
• You have a strong understanding of luxury brand standards and an eye for elevated consumer experiences and aesthetics.
• You have exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• You have strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• You are resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on campaign and social performance metrics.
• You have a positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic communications organization.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), media databases, influencer marketing platforms, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have knowledge of influencer measurement and media monitoring platforms.
• You have familiarity with beauty editors, creators, and digital culture.
• You have experience supporting luxury events, influencer activations, or PR programs.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
