Vail Resorts is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Ski and Ride School and Skier Services teams. The role involves daily administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination of staff resources in a busy resort environment.

The Administrative Coordinator for Ski and Ride School Team is responsible for providing administrative support to the Ski and Ride School and Skier Services Teams.
Starting Wage: $20.74/hr - $25.4/hr

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.
Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.
Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Special Programs, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
The expected pay range is $20.74/hr - $25.4/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
