Job summary

Keystone Resort is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Ski and Ride School Team to provide essential administrative support across the Ski & Ride School and Skier Services. The role supports staff, handles payroll-related tasks, and coordinates resources for multiple programs.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, proficient Office software use, and clear English communication with guests and team members. Housing options may be available; the work is winter seasonal.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) with guests, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.
  • Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.
  • Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, events and special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator for Ski and Ride School Team is responsible for providing administrative support to the Ski and Ride School and Skier Services Teams.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.74/hr – $25.4/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.

Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.

Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Special Programs, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills.

Preferred

Prior Admin Experience

Ski and Ride School experience

Working knowledge of systems such as ProConnect, Coupa, MyEmma, Squarespace, Workday

High School Diploma

The expected pay range is $20.74/hr – $25.4/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
