Stevens Pass Mountain Resort is seeking friendly Ski School Support Staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction, with high guest interaction and a focus on safety.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $31.00/hr, with full-time and part-time hours and weekend/holiday requirements.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
• Fluent in all aspects of English language.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with a wide variety of guests and employees.
• Strong computer skills, typing, and data entry preferred.
• Ski or snowboarding experience to assist lessons as necessary preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Daily reservation and sales processing on our resort operating systems.
• Daily set up and teardown of indoor facilities and work areas with attention to detail to present a clean, welcoming space.
• Ensure compliance with health code policies for facility cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility to accommodate high guest flow.
• Assist with children’s games and activities in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Wear helmet while skiing/riding and in uniform.
• Model safety standards and contribute to a Health and Safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Summary :

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily reservation and sales processing on our resort operating systems.

Daily set up and teardown ofindoor facilities, including work areas, with an emphasi on attention todetail to present an area that is clean, orderly, welcoming, and conducive tooperatingefficiently.

Understanding of, and compliance with,statedpolicies/procedures relevant to health code compliance for facility cleanliness, includingcommon areas, toys, equipment, etc.

Ability to keep andmaintaina clean and orderly facility that accommodates daily high-volume guest flow.

Working with small children tofacilitateappropriate gamesand activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Adhere to strict corporate policyregardingwearing a snow sports specific helmet while skiing/riding, orassistinglessons, in uniform.

Understand, lead,and modelsafetystandards within the department for yourself and others; contribute to our culture of Health and Safety to meet Zero Workman's Comp safetygoal.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $31.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
